Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, skincare, beauty & spa items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the item has been opened, used, or unsealed.

Opened/used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
You may qualify for a return ONLY if:

The product arrived damaged
The item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging
Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
If your order arrived damaged, leaked, broken, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with:

If your refund is approved:
Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order and only if it has not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
