1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, skincare, beauty & spa items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the item has been opened, used, or unsealed.

This is to maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Opened/used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may qualify for a return ONLY if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged, leaked, broken, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photo of packaging

  • Order number

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund (case-by-case)

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened beauty or skincare products

  • Used cosmetics

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order and only if it has not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
