Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, if they haven’t been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Do you accept returns?
Since skincare and cosmetics are hygiene products:

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is wrong or damaged.
